01
Strict diet
Choose any structured diet before Day 1. Zero exceptions — no cheat meals, no alcohol.

Two 45-min workouts daily
One must be outdoors — regardless of weather. Sessions must be separated, not back-to-back.

1 gallon of water
≈ 3.8L of plain water per day. Tea, coffee, and other drinks don't count.

Read 10 pages
Physical or e-book only — no audiobooks. Non-fiction or self-development.

Daily progress photo
One photo per day — doesn't need to be shared, but must be taken and saved.
06
No alcohol
Absolute zero for the full 75 days. This is separate from the diet rule.

Miss any single task on any day — restart from Day 1. No rest days. No exceptions.

Eat well
Balanced diet focused on whole foods. Alcohol only on genuine social occasions — not as a habit.

One 45-min workout daily
At least one outdoor session per week. Active recovery (walking, yoga, stretching) counts.

3 litres of water
Plain water only. Tea, coffee, and other drinks don't count toward the target.
04
Read 10 pages
Any book counts — fiction or non-fiction. Physical or e-book only, no audiobooks.
Key Rule

No forced restart. If you slip, acknowledge it and get back on track the next day. Consistency over perfection.
